As first time buyers we didn’t have a clue how to get started with buying our first home and knew we would need a helping hand. As a young couple with not a clue about the house buying process, Steven has taken lots of time to explain everything clearly, get our mortgage in principal and listened to all our wants/needs to find a budget that works for us. This made us feel confident to search for our first home. He made late appointments with us around work, and helped us to apply for our mortgage which was accepted with no hassle! He even gave us advice when house hunting and helped us to organise solicitors, a surveyor and did plenty of research to make sure we have protection and insurance going into our first home.
